在超市买东西的时候，你有没有发现过有些商品的外观和价格虽然看起来和以前一样，但其实是“缩水”了？比如以前满满的一盒零食打开只有半盒？这就是平时我们说的“减量不加价”。

In economics, shrinkflation is the process of items shrinking in size or quantity while their prices remain the same.

在经济学领域，“缩水式通胀”指的是商品的大小或数量减少，而价格不变。

Shrinkflation is a rise in the general price level of goods per unit weight or size, with a corresponding reduction in the weight or size of the item sold.

商品的每单位重量或体积的总体价格提高了，因此所出售商品的重量或体积就相应减少了，这就是“缩水式通胀”。

Hence the price of the packaged product remains the same. This does not affect inflation measures such as the consumer price index or Retail Price Index, because there is no increase in the cost of a basket of retail goods and services.

包装产品的价格不变，因此不会影响通胀的衡量标准，比如消费者价格指数或者零售价格指数，因为一篮子零售商品和劳务的成本没有上升。
